ART GALLERY
People often ask me how long I've been painting. Well, I don't really know. All of us paint as children in art class or whatever. I just never stopped. I also never considered myself an "artist". I just painted for myself. Because I needed to do it. Therefore, I didn't take it seriously as a talent, and no care was taken in how anything was presented. Most of my work was done on paper or cardboard or some other surface, and unfortunately most of that has been lost or destroyed. Then one day it occurred to me that I was wasting my gift because I hadn't acknowledged it for what it was. I had a talent and it was no less than that of anyone else. And so I dipped my hands into some paint and painted it on a canvas board with the intention of expressing a gift; a talent. That painting is called "Awakening" and it is on display in the "paintings" section. I haven't stopped painting yet, and I continue to do it on a variety of surfaces, including but not limited to canvas. There are currently only a couple of pencil pieces on display here, and nothing else, but this will be changing soon. So check back, if you're curious to see more.
